Place on grill till 165
Wrap and place back on grill till 195
Slice into cubes and put in oven safe dish add butter and bbq sauce, place back on grill for 1 additional hour.

Description
Hey everyone my name is Miguel and welcome to my channel! I am by no means a professional chef, but I do have a passion for cooking great food. I started to really get into cooking about 5 years ago. On the 4th of July I invited my family over for a bbq and I made some ribs on a smoker I bought from Walmart for $34. The ribs were absolutely tough and not flavorful at all. This is what struck a chord in me and gave me the drive to want to learn to cook. I am originally from Mexico, my parents immigrated here when I was 6. I now live in California, happily married and a proud dad to my 3 amazing kids. Thanks for joining me on my journey
