I recruited my Mom to show you how to open a Jackfruit. I recommend wearing gloves when handling Jackfruit because the sap is extremely sticky and hard to wash off. Jackfruit is a tropical fruit that you can find in most of your Asian markets. The texture is slightly firm and fibrous and it taste really sweet if you have a ripe one.
