I N G R E D I E N T S :

- 300g of Full Fat Cream Cheese (Philadelphia) You May use any cream cheese you want must be FULL FAT!
- 300g of Digestive biscuits
- 125g Unsalted butter
- 200g of white chocolate
- 100g of Mint Aero chocolate
- 1 Tspn of Peppermint extract
- 1 tbsp of icing sugar
- 1 tbsp of cocoa powder
- 284ml double cream
- Packet of mint aero balls (optional)

I used an 8” loose cake tin about 8-10 servings
