นิ้วเท้าหัก: วันนี้ผมจะเล่าสถานการณ์ทางการแพทย์เกี่ยวกับ การซุ่มซ่ามของผม ที่ทำให้ผมเกิดนิ้วเท้าหัก หลังจากนั้นผมจะอธิบายเกี่ยวกับ กระดูกหักชนิดต่างๆทั่วๆไป แน่นอนบางครั้งอาจจะมีอาการแทรกซ้อนระหว่างที่จะหายและการแทรกซ้อนระยะยาวชนิดหนึ่ง ที่ผมได้อธิบายคือ "Avascular Necrosis" เนื่องจากนิ้วเท้าของผมเป็นแผลเปิดเลยทำให้มีความเสี่ยงในการติดเชื้อแบคทีเรีย หรืออาจจะมีสิทธิเน่าเปื่อย ”Gas Gamgrene” ที่ตรงจุดที่เป็นแผลก็เป็นได้ นี่คือเหตุผลที่ผมได้รับยาแก้อักเสบ prophylactic antibiotic ขณะที่ผมอยู่ในห้องฉุกเฉิน ผมหวังว่าข้อมูลนี้ คงเป็นประโยชน์กับท่าน ขอให้ท่านปลอดภัยและยังไงก็ตามขอให้ท่านเดินอย่างระมัดระวังและไม่ซุ้มซ้ามอย่างผม

Broken Toe: Today I began with a medical scenario on how my clumsiness led to a broken toe. Then I shared the different types of fracture that are relatively common. Of course, there could be complications in recovering from a fracture and one of the long-term complications that I explained here is “Avascular Necrosis”. As the wound on my toe was open for an extended of time, there was a risk for systemic bacterial infection and even “Gas Gangrene” at the site of my injury. This is the reason I was given a prophylactic antibiotic injection at the emergency room. I hope that you fine this information useful.
