Steak and eggs this morning with some toast. I used @meatermade to keep those temps on check that way I don’t have to guess when it’s time to remove the steak.

Steak cooked to 115 and rested for 10 min. Steak cooked to 130 internal temperature. Seasoned with salt pepper and garlic, I also basted it with butter, minced garlic and a rosemary sprig. For added flavor.
