Tandoori Sea Bass Recipe:

I N G R E D I E N T S : (3-4 Sea Bass)

* Garlic (7-8 Garlic Cloves) Your preference
* Ginger (1 Large) again your preference
* Green Chillis (3-4)
* 1 Whole Lemon
* 1 Bunch of Coriander (Chop & use roots)
* Mustard oil (You can even use vegetable oil or Ghee)
* 1 Tbsp of Salt
* 2 Tbsp of Chilli Powder
* 2 Tbsp of Garam Masala
* 1.5 Tbsp of Turmeric
* 1 Cup of Natural Yogurt or 6 Tbsp
* A handful of Kasturi Methi (optional)

You can add tomatoes, & any other spices of your choice.

M I N T - S A U C E :

* 1 Bunch of Coriander
* 1 bunch of mint leaves
* A few garlic gloves
* Some Ginger
* Yogurt
* Salt
* Lemon juice

Mix it all up in a blender!
