I love working out but I barely get time to go to the gym because of my work schedule (n currently coz of Corona), So here’s my go to 6-mins Leg Workout which I can fit in anywhere anytime and the best thing about this is that it requires no equipment at all. I just need my sneakers and I am sorted 💪🏻😍
