Glute kickbacks 12-15 each leg
Side Kicks 12-15 each leg
Exercises:
Hip thrusts 4 sets of 8-12 reps
Cable Kickbacks 3 sets of 8-10 on each leg
Hamstring Curls 4 sets of 10
Bulgarian Split Squats on Smith Machine 3 sets of 8-10 reps
Leg Presses 3 sets of 10
