STOCKING STUFFER HAUL + GIFT GUIDE!! Vlogmas Day 18!

Hey guys!! So I wanted to share my little tips and tricks for how I like to plan out stocking stuffers and show you a haul of what I got for my mom's stocking! Also, we made dinner - Thai Coconut Curry shrimp over cous cous! Let me know if you want the recipe and I'll post it here! XOXO
Thai Coconut Curry Shrimp Recipe (can also be made with chicken or vegetarian with just mushrooms!)
Shrimp, one bag, thawed
Butter, 1-2 tbsp
Coconut milk, 1 can
(use as much or as little as you'd like, I use about 1/2-3/4 of a can)
Cremini mushrooms, 1 cup, sliced
Small yellow onion, diced (1/2 cup)
Garlic, 1/2 tbsp, pressed
Thai Yellow Curry Paste, 1 tbsp
(optional, you can also use extra curry powder)
Curry powder (I use mild) 1-2 tsp (depending on preference)
Nutritional yeast, 1/4 cup
Brown sugar 1-2 tbsp
French fried onions (optional, as much or as little as you'd like for a topping)
Salt to taste
Saute onions and mushrooms and prawns in butter until softened and onions are translucent and prawns are cooked through. Season with salt and pepper. Add in garlic, leave for 30 seconds until fragrant and then add in coconut milk. Add in curry paste, powder, nutritional yeast and salt to taste, bring to boil and reduce until desired thickness, add in brown sugar to taste, check for seasoning and adjust for salt.
Cous cous:
Shallot, one small, diced
Garlic, 1/2 tbsp, pressed
1 cup vegetable broth or water
2/3 cup cous cous,
Butter, 1 tbsp
Salt, to taste
Melt butter in a pan, add in shallots and saute until softened (about 1-2 minutes) add in garlic until fragrant, then add in liquid (broth or water), season with a good amount of salt and bring to a boil. Once boiling remove from heat, add in cous cous, cover pot with lid and set aside for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
Add cous cous to a bowl, top with Thai curried shrimp and garnish with crispy French fried onions for some extra flavor and crunch! Option to top with some chives or green onions!
