Hi! My name is Rokas. I've been doing Aikido for more than 15 years, taught it and ran my professional dojo. Eventually I became disillusioned with Aikido and moved on to train combat sports such as BJJ, MMA and kickboxing. Now I am coming back to see one more time if Aikido can be made functional with the new knowledge I have from combat sports. I also question various martial arts and promote critical thinking in martial arts.

Check out the video which started my martial arts journey - Aikido vs MMA - here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0KUXTC8g_pk
