Water
Salt 1/2 tsp
Corn flour 2tbsp
butter 2tbsp
Garlic 2 tbsp
Fried twice: 1st time 15 minutes, 2nd time 5 minutes

Potato Recipe 2:
Potatoes 300g
Bake for 4 minutes
Black pepper 1/6tsp
Salt 1/3tsp
Yeast 5g
Wheat flour 220g
Cooking oil 1tbsp
Water 220ml
1 egg
Incubate for 1 hour
green onion 20g
Cooking oil
Fry 7 minutes


Potato Recipe 3:
Potato 1kg
Potato flour 2tbsp
Salt 1/2tsp
Pepper 1/2tsp
Chili powder 1/2 tsp
Bake at 230°C ( 446 °F ) for 1 hour
Cooking oil 2tbsp
Fry 15 minutes

Potato Recipe 4:
Potatoes 60g
Glutinous rice flour 220g
100g glutinous rice flour
Sugar 30g
150ml boiling water
Cooking oil
Fry 3 minutes
