How to make Nashville hot chicken sandwiches

Published on Mon, Mar 8th 2021 People & Blogs Rectangular HD

Nashville hot chicken sandwiches were absolutely amazing. These are a crowd pleaser and hit the sweet and spicy notes, technique for a crispy chicken is to double fry. I fried it once for about 4 min then the second time for 3.5 min. I flatten out the chicken thighs so they would evenly cook. Once you flatten out the chicken coat in corn starch then add to your batter and leave it in there, once you fry it dip the chicken two times this way it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the frying basket. For the sauce, add all ingredients then add 2 cups of the same oil you are using to deep fry. Who’s in?

Description
Hey everyone my name is Miguel and welcome to my channel! I am by no means a professional chef, but I do have a passion for cooking great food. I started to really get into cooking about 5 years ago. On the 4th of July I invited my family over for a bbq and I made some ribs on a smoker I bought from Walmart for $34. The ribs were absolutely tough and not flavorful at all. This is what struck a chord in me and gave me the drive to want to learn to cook. I am originally from Mexico, my parents immigrated here when I was 6. I now live in California, happily married and a proud dad to my 3 amazing kids. Thanks for joining me on my journey
