The New Era of TANKS! - HUGE Role Rework!

The propsed Season 10 Midseason tank changes looked alarming at first, but the community has run the numbers and while tank recieves some heavy buffs in a few instances, many matchups are nerfed as well. Season 10 will change the entire tank category as well as the tank meta game come May 14.
