How did Triple H approve this Stephanie McMahon segment? Now back in 2002, one of the big signings for WWE was Big Poppa Pump Scott Steiner, and there was a point where Steiner was undecided on which brand he would join between Raw and SmackDown, and there was a pretty steamy segment between the SmackDown GM Stephanie McMahon and the free agent Scott Steiner, who Stephanie was clearly trying to get for SmackDown. It's no wonder why Triple H absolutely despised Scott Steiner, and even though this segment between Steiner and Stephanie was scripted, this probably further annoyed Hunter, because Scott made quite a few remarks that would piss off Triple H, including Steiner saying that Stephanie wanted to know what it was like to be with a real man like himself, and Stephanie even insinuated that she was prepared to give Scott a "signing bonus" of some kind, and once Scott would sign the contract, Stephanie said that she and Scott would "seal the deal", and not surprisingly, Scott's first feud after this was Triple H, who basically made it his mission to end Steiner's career!
