Voici le deuxième volet sur les chars roumains qui cette fois-ci se concentre sur la période 1942-1944. Du désastre de Stalingrad à l'invasion de la Roumanie par l'URSS et son changement de camp, l'armée roumaine a tenté par différentes solutions de maintenir bon grès mal grès des éléments mécanisés.
