चावल - १ कप (४ घंटे तक भीगे हुए)
आलू (छोटा आकार​) - २, उबले हुए
प्याज (मध्यम आकार​) - १, बारीक कटा हुआ
हरी मिर्च - २, बारीक कटी हुई
गाजर - १, कद्दू कस​
अदरक - १ इन्च​
टमाटर (मध्यम आकार​) - १, बारीक कटा हुआ
शिमला मिर्च (छोटा आकार​) - १, बारीक कटी हुई
कढी पत्ता - ५ से ६ पत्ते
धनिया के पत्ते - १ चम्मच​
नमक – १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
चिली फ़्लेक्स – १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
दही – १/४ कप​
ईनो (ENO) - १ छोटा चम्मच​

=====मूंगफ़ली नारियल की चटनी =====
मूंगफ़ली (भुनी हुई) – १/४ कप​
नारियल का बुरादा – १/४ कप​
इमली - १ छोटा चम्मच​
हरी मिर्च – २
अदरक - १ इन्च​
नमक – १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
जीरा – १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
खाद्य तेल - १ छोटा चम्मच​
राई - १ छोटा चम्मच​
कढी पत्ता - ३ से ४ पत्ते
सूखी लाल मिर्च - १, साबुत​

Rice – 1 cup (soaked for 4 hours)
Potato (small size) – 2, boiled
Onion (medium size) – 1, finely chopped
Green Chilli – 2, finely chopped
Carrot – 1, grated
Ginger – 1 inch
Tomato (medium size) – 1, finely chopped
Capsicum (small size) – 1, finely chopped
Curry leaf – 5 to 6 leaves
Coriander leaves – 1 table spoon
Salt – ½ tsp
Chilli flakes – ½ tsp
Curd/ Yogurt – ¼ cup
ENO (fruit salt) – 1 tsp

===== Peanut Coconut chutney =====
Peanut (roasted) – ¼ cup
Desiccated Coconut – ¼ cup
Tamarind – 1 tsp
Green Chilli – 2
Ginger – 1 inch
Salt – ½ tsp
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Edible Oil – 1 tsp
Black Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Curry leaf – 3 to 4 leaves
Dried Red Chilli – 1, whole
