• Barbell Curl {4 sets / 10-12 reps} *ez bar grip takes tension off wrists, using my momentum in the second half of each set to push beyond failure and overload biceps*
• Barbell Skull Crusher {4 sets / 10-12 reps} *using the ez bar again to save my wrists and keeping the reps clean considering we're using a tire*

• Weighted Chin Up {4 sets / 8-10 reps} *rounding my back slightly to place more tension on the biceps*
• Weighted Dip {4 sets / 10-12 reps} *keeping my torso upright to place more tension on my triceps and prevent my chest from taking over*

• Dumbbell Concentration Curl {4 sets / 12-15 reps} *using my free arm to assist the concentric (upward) portion of the exercise to go beyond failure*
• Off Knee Banded Curl {4 sets / 15 reps} *great for building the peak of the bicep and developing mind/muscle connection
[solo]
• Tricep Reverse Grip Banded Extension {4 sets / 12 reps} *great for isolating the tricep at home or the gym, and the squeeze just feels great*
