Pour 4 à 6 personnes :

1 filet d'huile d'olive
1 gros oignon
1 carotte
1 céleri branche
2 gousses d'ails
400 gr de boeuf haché
Sel et poivre
400 gr de tomates
1 càs d'origan
6 feuilles de lasagnes
1 Scamorza (ou autre)

Béchamel :
100 gr de beurre
100 gr de farine
70 cl de lait

Cuisson AIR FRYER : 170°C pour 18 min / puis 2 à 3 min sans papier à 210°C.

Cuisson FOUR : 180°C pour 25 min (à couvert)
