米二輪車大手ハーレーダビッドソンの日本法人「ハーレーダビッドソンジャパン」（東京）が販売店に過剰なノルマを設定するなどしていたとして、公正取引委員会は３０日、独禁法違反（不当な取引制限）の疑いで、同社を立ち入り検査した。関係者への取材で分かった。独禁法で禁ずる「優越的地位の乱用」に当たる恐れがあるという。
