Sushi making is an art, but half the fun of going to a Japanese restaurant is getting to devour the masterpiece. This is the story of a sushi lover determined to conquer a local restaurant's infamous Sushi Challenge. He must eat 52 pieces of sushi in less than 20 minutes to get his order for free. Will he join the wall of champions or leave defeated with a stomach to the brim with rice and fish and about $150 less in his wallet.
