DE PILAR CLASS FRIGATES OF THE PHILIPPINE NAVY UPGRADE WITH RG-84 HARPOON ANTI-SHIP MISSILE SYSTEM

Boeing, the American Aerospace and Defense Giant, has made a historic move by offering an attractive upgrade package to increase the Philippine Navy's strike force, initially featuring the T7 Red Hawk fighter as reliable air support. Boeing is now attracting attention with its T7 Red Hawk fighter aircraft. new proposal for the RG-84 Harpoon anti-ship missile system. This move is believed to give a significant advantage to the Delpilar class three frigates.
The RG-84 Harpoon, an impressive anti-ship missile, has been the highlight of Boeing's latest offering. This subsonic missile has tremendous explosive power over the horizon, relying on active radar to track targets. Harpoon has a warhead weighing 221 kg which is capable of destroying targets precisely. The missile's propulsion comes from the Tadine CAE J4002 400 Turbo Jet, which produces 300 kg of thrust and allows it to reach speeds of around Mach 0.
