Learn how to make SHEER KHURMA. A perfect and quick dessert for celebrations. The main ingredients used in Sheer Khurma are vermicelli, whole milk, sugar and dates, but you can add dry fruits of your choice. A must try recipe.

INGREDIENTS:
1 liter or 4 cups of full fat milk (regular milk with cream)
150 ml sweetened condensed milk
5 tbsp clarified butter (pure/asli ghee)
25-30 grams vermicelli (sevayan)
2 green cardamom pods, crushed, seeds only
a pinch of saffron or few drops of rose water or kewra water
Dry Fruits:
15 grams almonds (badaam)
15 grams pistachios (pista)
15 grams cashew (kaju)
4-5 dry dates (sukhee khajoor)
10 grams chirongi (charoli)
15 grams raisins (kishmish)
