CJI DY Chandrachud: अब Supreme Court करेगा CAA पर फैसला, Kapil Sibal की कैसी मांग | वनइंडिया हिंदी

Kapil Sibal: नागरिकता संशोधन अधिनियम ( Citizenship Amendment Act) का मुद्दा अब सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) पहुंच चुका है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट के सीनियर लॉयर कपिल सिब्बल (Kapil Sibal) ने सीएए (CAA) के खिलाफ पड़ी याचिकाओं पर सीजेआई डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ (CJI DY Chandrachud) की बेंच के सामने इस मामले में तुरंत सुनवाई की मांग की. जिसपर सीजेआई चंद्रचूड़ (CJI Chandrachud) की बेंच सहमत हो गई है. इस याचिका पर अब 19 मार्च को सुनवाई की जाएगी. सीजेआई (CJI) की अगुवाई वाली इस बेंच में सीजेआई चंद्रचूड़ के अलावा जस्टिस जेबी पारदीवाला (Justice JB Pardiwala) और जस्टिस मनोज मिश्रा (Justice Manoj Mishra) भी हैं. देखना ये अहम है कि सीएए पर सुनवाई के दौरान सीजेआई चंद्रचूड़ ((CJI Chandrachud Bench) की बेंच क्या फैसला सुनाती है.
