고길자 제주행복이네 대표는 2년 전 제주특별자치도의 제재로 철거명령과 1500만원의 강제이행금을 부과받았습니다.
그녀는 작년 11월 암투병하던 딸이 세상을 떠난 후에도 방치견 등 위기에 처한 강아지 고양이들을 구조하며 힘을 내왔지만 보호소 이전 문제가 난항을 겪으면서 고충을 토로했습니다.
