The BADGER is BACK..!! 89001 'Avocet' leaves UKRL for LSL Crewe...!! 15/08/24

Wow! See the unique site of Class 89 'Badger' 89001 headed back out onto the mainlines after a long time away! The loco is seen headed to Crewe to be managed ongoing by the fantastic Locomotive Services team after a significant level of work completed by UKRL at Loughborough.

See the loco in the yard awaiting it's escort back to Crewe.. Watch as the class 37 exits the mainline and makes its way through the car park at Brush before returning back with the Badger in convoy.

Also seen prior to this are incredibly smart looking pair of 57306 and 57310 escorting 92043 into UKRL for GBRf.
