Full Day of Eating to Get Shredded | High Carb Refeed Day

Welcome to my Full Day of Eating!
This is what a Refeed Day would look like for me. As I said in the video, the idea is to increase (mostly clean) carbs and keep the fats as low as possible.
I normally cook all my meals at home, but I also wanted to show you that even if you go out to eat somewhere you can get a pretty decent meal in if you play around with the ingredients.
If you want to reach your goal (cutting or bulking) you need to track your calories and make sure you get enough protein in. Simple as that.
