There have been several reports recently of local coin shops' bank accounts in the U.S. being closed.

Usually, the banks give no reason for the decision and a lot of theses coin shops have been in business for decades for some reason these account closures are becoming more prevalent.

During the regional bank crisis in March 2023, I did a video about how much cash US banks keep on average it's very little so seeing that coin shops are a cash-intensive business I think that is one of the major reasons why their accounts are being closed.
