She Doesn't Have Any Strength Left & Still Tries to Protect The Puppy from The Teasing of Passersby

Meet Tanee! We were informed that there was a mother dog and two small puppies roaming the streets in a bad condition. The dog has a spinal injury and is unable to move on its hind legs. She still tries to protect the 2 puppies from the noise of the traffic, tries to protect the puppies from the teasing of passersby. She wishes that she was healthy enough to take care of 2 puppies.
