HOW TO DO GOBLET SQUATS AVOID LOW BACK PAIN. Even though we all are striving for that allusive GOD MAN figure. And the idea of being ultra strong, a lot of us go through our bodybuilding routines trying to embody the some of the powerlifters routines into our own.
Squatting is a very powerful, full body power house exercise that not only strengthens everything in the lower quadrant of the body, HAMSTRING, CALVES, GLUTES, and QUADRCEPS, it also strengthens the back muscles as well. Now there are a lot of people that absolutely can not and will not attempt top do traditional squatting simply because of the lack of knowledge in the area as to how to optimally and properly execute the exercise. But some also avoid this due to past and pr present Low back soft tissue injury.
GOBLET SQUATS are the fierce alternative to the traditional form of squatting. Why? Because this is the same exercise just the only difference is it take the entire Lower Back out of the equation. The muscle that are primarily engaged here are the Glutes, Quadraceps, Hamstrings, Calves, and your entire Core stabilization muscle system. Please give these their just due because they can absolutely change the game for you!
