If you are on social media and ride a dirt bike I am sure you have seen the flocks of riders (females in particular) standing up on their non-running bikes seeing how long they can last.. Que the "Static Balance Challenge"

The idea is; while static balancing you are engaging the same muscles you would be while riding technical trails, especially in the hard enduro discipline. Practicing static should translate into better balance when actually moving and while navigating challenging obstacles, in theory.

As with most trends I am a bit of a hater and would rather just go out and ride but for those that live in HOA's this might be a good option if you have to drive to ride!
