Hello!! So today I wanted to share with y'all how I ate when I was 60 pounds overweight.. in other words you could call this the ultimate cheat day/mukbang hahah. Tbh I'm not very proud of this but I thought it would be interesting show you guys how differently I ate back then compared to now. Food has an insane impact on your weight, and it's insane that I only gained 60 pounds and didn't weigh more!! I couldn't even get through the entire day eating all of this food, so it's crazy that I used to be able to eat like this EVERY. SINGLE. DAY!!
